A Lakeside Retreat

This whole home renovation started as a kitchen and primary bathroom renovation but grew to take full advantage of hosting friends and family on the shore of Lake Norman, North Carolina. The living room vaulted ceiling was extended and the kitchen was relocated to create one spectacular great room with folding doors and windows that rest on the kitchen countertops. The primary suite was reconfigured to ensure every room had a view of the lake. The elevated terrace, screen porch, and pool were all added to enhance the living experience on the lakeshore.
